Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

More images released as part of the current oversight process.
