Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually happening.
